Guilford Falls 3-0 to League-Leader Randolph-Macon

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Mallory Carter had a match-high 15 kills on .583 hitting in Randolph-Macon College's 25-7, 25-14, 25-15 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) volleyball win over Guilford College Saturday afternoon in the Ragan-Brown Field House. 

The Yellow Jackets (18-5, 9-0 ODAC) were ranked third in the initial NCAA Division III South Region Rankings released Oct. 17.

Tori Puryear contributed nine kills on impressive match-best .818 hitting for the guests. Addie Cooper had six kills and shared team-high digs honors (10) with defensive specialist Marli Dabareiner. Bailey Troia had 19 assists and nine digs. Riley Martin contributed 13 assists in the contest.

Kelsey Ruehling's six kills paced the Quakers (9-15, 3-7 ODAC). Taylor Whitley tallied a match-high 20 assists and six digs. Malikah French added five kills and libero Meredith Foscue picked up match-best 11 digs. 

Guilford hosts cross-town rival Greensboro College Tuesday night (10/23) at 7:00 p.m.
