EIGHT GUILFORD HARRIERS POST PERSONAL BESTS

Greenville, NC (10/16/04) -- Guilford's cross country teams competed in the North Carolina Collegiate Cross-Country Championships Saturday at Lake Kristi . All five of Guilford's men's runners and three of the women's runners posted personal bests for the Quakers. Mars Hill College swept the event placing seven men and five women among the top-10 runners in each race to win the NCAA Division II/ NCAADivision III/NAIA competition.

Guilford is back in action October 30 at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships in Harrisonburg, VA.

Men's 8k run
