Guilford Men's Track & Field Competed in Roanoke on Saturday

ROANOKE, Va. -- The Guilford College men's track and field teams spent Saturday competing at the Finn Pincus Invitational, hosted by Roanoke College.
Juwan Houston was 14th of 22 hurdlers in the 60-meter event. His time of 9.13 seconds is the eighth-best in program history.
Fellow sophomore Jeremiah Hedrick leaped 12.67 meters in the triple jump. His mark was ninth of 19 competitors and seventh-best among all-time Quakers' men.
Coach Danny Cash's Quakers next compete on February 2 at the Camel City Elite event. The meet will be at the JDL Fast Track in nearby Winston-Salem, N.C.
