  • His impressive list of lacrosse accomplishments includes honorable mention All-America recognition in 1982, Guilford’s first All-America lacrosse honor.
  • The school’s fourth all-time scoring leader, he earned All-Tri-State League laurels three times and played in the 1982 North/South All-Star game.
  • At Guilford, he received the Most Valuable Undergraduate Athlete prize in 1981 as well as the Best Senior Athlete and Nereus C. English awards in 1982.
  • His biggest accomplishment took place after his graduation when he overcame serious injuries sustained in a 1983 car accident.
  • Following extensive rehabilitation, he returned to Guilford as an assistant to head men’s lacrosse coach Geoff Miller.
  • The College retired his number 25 jersey in 1983.
  • He lives in Sound Beach, New York where he works as a special education teacher and high school boys’ lacrosse coach.
