Women's Track Runs at JDL Fast Track College Invitational

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Guilford's 4x400-meter relay team of Emily Cash, Jasmine O'Neill, Jodie Geddes and Colleen Gonzalez broke the school record at the JDL Fast Track College Invitational Saturday.  The quartet finished in a time of 4:58.70.

O'Neill and Geddes also had strong showings in the meet individually. O'Neill's time of 2:41.32 in the 800-meter run missed the school record by less than one second. Geddes' 200-meter time of 32.79 was good enough for third-fastest in school history and just 0.38 behind the school record.

Guilford returns to action February 24 at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championships in Lynchburg, Va.
