Guilford Women Win Fourth Straight, 9-0, at Randolph-Macon

ASHLAND, Va. – Guilford College's women's tennis team posted its fourth straight victory Friday with a 9-0 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) triumph at Randolph-Macon College (4-8, 1-5 ODAC).

The Quakers' Haley Andrews captured a 6-3, 6-3 win at first singles over the Yellow Jackets' Caty-Betz Holcomb and teamed with fellow rookie Allison Hewitt for an 8-4 triumph at second doubles. Natalie Sutton dropped only one point in a 6-1, 6-0, victory at second singles and scored an 8-2 win at first doubles with teammate Kim Kleimeier. Guilford's Dominique Crespo recorded a shutout at fourth singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Caroline Rhodes.

Coach Dave McCain's club (7-7, 4-3 ODAC) hosts league-rival Sweet Briar College Saturday (3/31) at 1:00 p.m. on the McMichael Centennial Class Courts.
