GREENSBORO, N.C. – Amanda Sopko had five hits and Megan Shepherd had four RBI in Randolph-Macon College's 10-4 softball win over Guilford College. The Yellow Jackets (25-9, 11-3 ODAC) also won the opener in Sunday's the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) twinbill, 2-1.

Guilford outhit its hosts in game one, 8-6, but stranded 10. The Quakers (16-20, 3-11 ODAC) scored their run in the sixth inning on an RBI single by freshman Sloane King. Cynthia Hayes added two hits for the Quakers.
Randolph-Macon took advantage of four Guilford errors in game two. The Yellow Jackets scored unearned runs in the first, second and third innings en route to an early 4-1 lead. Shepherd delivered a two-run single in the fifth inning, which made it a 6-2 game. Morgan Andrews' two-run single in the top of the sixth got Guilford back to within, 6-4, but Shepherd added another two-run single in the Yellow Jackets' four-run sixth.
