- competed as a sprinter for the Quakers, running the 400-meter dash in two indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- he joined the team late in the indoor season and posted his best time (1:03.34) at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships where he finished 24th
- ran his fastest outdoor time (1:00.03) at the Aggie Invitational April 15
- had his best finish at the ODAC Outdoor Championships where he finished 17th in 1:00.11
